EQUALIZER GET'S IT RIGHT

Rarely does a Hollywood movie comes around that makes you relish the idea of wasting 2 hours of your precious time. This is one of those instances. Trust me like you trust your account this time of year - its money/time well spent bro. As a writer I'm character driven, but not obsessive because everybody is unique; nobody fits the cookie cutter mold. However, if the storyline out shines the characters, which it doesn't in this example, then I'm interested.
Coming from the brother Antoine Fuqa who directed Training Day, King Author, and Olympus Has Fallen, it follows in the same vein when it comes to meaningful action - so yeah, blood gets spilled and Russians get their heads blown off. But, more importantly, Fuqa pulls it together with a sense of purpose. It aint just murder, murder, murder, kill, kill, kill. 

At the core of the movie its about a man (played by Denzel) with military skills who uses them to protect the weak and the underclass from being picked on, ripped off, and exploited by corrupt mobsters and crooked cops. That's what we don't see much of these days coming from weirdo tinsel town. I won't lie, there was a particular scene that had me a little choked up. In it, two cops shake down an  immigrant woman who struggles to keep her restaurant open. When Mr Washington finds out he comes to the rescue by beating the shit out of them. (This movie should win the Oscar for best picture, I swear). The other co-stars that make this movie click are; Cloe Grace Moretz, who plays a whore in need of salvation (no surprise there but she was believable) and Marton Csokas as Teddy, a psychotic Russian enforcer - that nuh craaay for real.

The movie works for me. It had all the right elements and a positive theme - do not pick on the weak. It also shows a black man in a Alpha male role and NOT wearing a dress, or playing ball. That's about all you can ask for these days until we can find financing and distribution for our own films. That's a tough job that we need a divine Equalizer for.

The Hidden Secret to a Healthier Lifestyle




Some invest in material things. Many invest in relationships with others. Most invest in financial gain. But, who is willing to invest in themselves? It is no hidden secret that eating healthier promotes a healthier lifestyle. It doesn’t take a physician to back that fact. What many of us are unsure of is: “WHAT IS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?”


I have been on a journey to figure out the answers to those exact questions for almost 3 years now.
What I have learned about my body is simply; when it eats happy, it feels happy. Each day, whatever I decide to put into my body strengthens and guides me towards a better day. You might say, “of course, FOOD MAKES YOU HAPPY!” But is this short term happiness you are feeling, or long-term happiness?

I have managed to go from food hobbyist to food guru (to most, that's a person who is an expert, or an enthusiast about food). My journey has led me to explore the world of vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free-junkies, non-GMO obsessed consumer, and quasi organic meat eater among other things. The list went on and on until I came across what worked the best for me - and that is the FULLY RAW LIFESTYLE.
Now this didn't just happen overnight, where I woke up saying to myself, “I am totally through with cooking”!

Call it full circle or whatever, but, I came to realization that my body is happier when I eat raw fruits and vegetables. The day I realized this was when I came home  from work one day and walked into the kitchen after my husband went grocery shopping. I opened the fridge and literally burst into tears of joy as I looked at all the raw fruits and veggies he had purchased. I said to myself: “self, this is my investment in you. I am choosing today to mentally prepare you for a better mind, body, and soul -  and it feels damn good”!



 Seriously, the body you are carrying around does not last forever or comes with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Just like real food, it will go bad. Are you willing to invest in yourself today?
Below I came up with a strategy to begin your fully raw/healthy lifestyle.
  1.  Pray, fast and meditate! Think happy thoughts! Eliminate toxins!
  2.  EDUCATE YOURSELF! Learn about what a raw food diet consist of. 
  3.  Build a team of positive like-minded individuals! When you’re around a good support system, you will automatically do better in your journey.
  4. Mentally prepare yourself! Tell yourself every day, “I CAN DO THIS!” (Sounds trite and corny but believe me, your body will thank you for it later).
  5. Add more natural and organic fruits and vegetables to your meals daily while cutting back on cooked foods, processed foods, dairy and meat! 
  6.  Have a morning glass of Juice or Smoothie to begin each day! 
  7.  Exercise: 20 minutes a day of vigorous movement is all it takes to keep your heart pumping and your energy high.
  8. Get lots of rest!
  9. Drink lots of water!
  10. Love yourself and treat yourself! Self-love takes time to develop. You wouldn't be here if you didn't exhibit some type of hope that you can change your life. I am here for you and so  are others - more than you think. 

Whether you decide to go "fully raw" or not. Invest in yourself in some sort of way!

EBOLA: WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU AND TOP 5 WAYS TO STAY ALIVE!

By now you already know what it is. (If you don't then something is seriously wrong with you). It's here and I know you feel guilty when you use to laugh at the infomercials showing African kids with flies swarming around their heads and pregnant bellies. Well guess what; soon enough, you just might be one of those "unfortunate" black folks on T.V. begging for help when this is all said and done. Ebola is here and that's a fact. So what now? 

Since the first cases of the current Ebola outbreak were reported in March,  3,865 people have died in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. But did we give two s#%ts - hell no! It wasn't until some cameraman from a popular #MainStreamMedia channel came back positive with the virus from Liberia, then the buzz was on. Add to that a black man died in Texas from the dreaded disease and others being infected; now its really on. 

To keep things simple for the World Star/Instagram crowd, Ebola is a virus that cause bleeding inside and outside of the body (not good). It damages the immune system and organs. Ultimately, it causes the levels of blood-clotting cells to drop. This leads to severe, and uncontrollable bleeding. What causes the virus is uncertain, but you can be the judge. Provided are the generic wiki info on Ebola. But this is a blog dealing with truth and the hidden aspect of it so we must go a little deeper.We are intelligent info- warriors and we must look at this outbreak from a strategic and militaristic view. The virus has been spreading in West Africa for over a year now and America has done nothing until recently when Obeezy sent over 3,000 troops to fight this virus. Are you for real?? What do the soldiers plan on doing - shooting anyone on sight showing symptoms of the disease? At home major international airports started testing passengers for symptoms such as; high fever and other tell tale signs, but be clear this is a prelude to medical martial law. It is another way for the "elite" super rich enemies of The Most High to slowly wipe out the population of the undesirable useless eaters. Remember H1n1 (Swine Flu) and all the hype that brought about?

The endgame is to get the sheep queuing up to get a dose of the lethal vaccine that will kill you anyway. Slow death or fast death; death is death. We so-called "Blacks" and "Hispanics" are squarely in the bulls eye of these maniacal and psychopathic super rich. (You might disagree and say its the whole world; black, white, green, blue - whatever, that's bullsh*t. The virus was purposely released in  West Africa not Europe). Their plan is to reduce the undesirable world population down to less than 500 million, (research Georgia guide stones) and this is just another device in achieving their goals. Again you have to do your own research. Don't expect CNN, MSNBC, FOX, and CBS to tell you the truth. They all push lies mixed with disinformation designed to program you into following their command.

With that being said let's get to it. For my people, they will not move or act on this information unless Ebola is spread through fried chicken, cognac, Instagram, or being "up in da club". (Beware: there are reports that Ebola can be spread through the atmosphere so don't believe the CDC). Center for Disease "Control" - why do you want to control disease and not eradicate it?

  1.  STAY AWAY FROM SICK PEOPLE. Sounds simple enough right - tell that to your coworker, or commuter on the bus/train who keeps coughing up a lung with no smoke exiting his nose.
  2. BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM with #Collodialsilver (I am not a medical doctor but proof is out there that it fights infections along with other natural remedies).
  3. DO NOT GET VACCINATED - trust me, a magical cure is going to be revealed soon enough. Naturally it will be patented and some billion dollar company will get richer.
  4. USE A MASK - when the sh*t hits the fan a proper mask such as a 3M 1860 or N95 is good to load up on. Stocking up on plenty of nonperishable food and distilled water won't hurt either.
  5. STAY INFORMED - do not listen to the main stream media they are a bunch of lying sacks of you-know-what. If, and I repeat if, Ebola is a bio warfare weapon, then you can bet all the money under your mattress that the major networks are in on it.
  6. I said Top 5 but this is detrimental. Pray. If all else fails only The Most High can save you then.

EDGE OF TOMORROW TODAY

Let's get to it man. In my humble opinion, and in a few others who check for these science 'faction' films that the elite love to push on us, it's a decent movie. Now mind you; if you have the attention span of a goldfish, or suffer from severe ADD, then skip this and go troll on Instagram and Tracebook...I really and sincerely mean Facebook.This is a film you can watch at least twice without getting bored.

Now I'm not saying the events in this particular movie are true (far from it brothers and sisters), but its an insight into what the elite are planning. As usual if you watch the times and read the scripts then you know this. So here we go with the reoccurring themes. 

After an invasion of 'Aliens' the earth is all but destroyed and men unite to fight back...blah blah blah. But check it; a reluctant soldier gets thrown on the battlefield and gets exposed to the enemy. As a result he gets to relive the same day over and over again but with a catch. He dies over and over again but each time he goes a little further. Its like playing your favorite war game and resetting it every time your man dies. Of course there are other subplots and topics explored like quantum physics, multiple dimensions, immortality, and things like that. But overall it will keep you entertained to the end.

Tammy (ambassador for Scientology) Cruise acts as the hero and some plain Jane chick (Emily something) is the love interest. To really appreciate the special effects cop the DVD cause the bootleg will piss you off. On a scale of 1 - 10 its a 8 for the simple fact that they figured out a way to film the same scene at least a hundred times and each one is unique.

Watch out for the symbolism:
  • England (new Jerusalem according to elite and occult) is the center of the coalition.
  • Exoskeleton suites already used by the military
  • Time travel - they wish they had the power, don't believe the BS.
  • Aliens bad, New World Order good
  • Immortality - only The Most High control that.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!

The pH Balance Lifestyle for the Natural Black Man and Woman

Below I will discuss my story of how I first was introduced to this “pH balance diet”. If you would like to skip story-time and see the list of some foods that can contribute to maintaining that balance in your body then scroll down to see the list. Either way, I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on the pH balanced diet/lifestyle which is simply addressing the ancient quote, “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT”.


When I first went completely natural (deciding against adding chemicals or someone else hair to my own) and decided to use all natural products which can be found in kitchen cabinets, I learned a lot about pH balance being the main cause of getting your hair to grow long and healthy. It helped me from becoming your average product junkie which we hear happens a lot! Once someone decides to go natural and/or get a BC (Big Chop- which is cutting off the entire structure of chemicals out of their hair), they go to their local hair store and buy product upon products “made for natural hair” and go home to become evil scientists in a lab with their hair! I’ve been there. It’s a waste of time and money and at the end of the day, you’re still left with that dry, crusty hair, and empty product bottles and pockets.
Once I decided this was not the route I wanted to continue to travel, I researched DIY kits and other natural ways to create these products because I wanted to know exactly what I was putting into my hair that was making it look that 'certain' way. I tried avocado deep conditioners, egg and mayonnaise protein treatments, hot essential oil treatments, etc. and soon enough I noticed I was seeing better results with my hair. My curls were bouncy, lively, and shiny! I was beyond excited for this new discovery! I wanted to learn more about these natural products and why they worked, yet I was having so much trouble with the products that claimed to be better for my hair? I wondered why my hair reacted graciously to these products but not the store bought products. Soon enough I began to realize, everything I was putting in my hair was something I was able to put into my body as well.
Many natural hair gurus had many opinions as to why natural hair products worked best or didn’t work best but the one comment that stuck with me most was; You are what you eat. What you put into your body will amplify your exterior. So I began to research natural products and stumbled upon the pH balance method I introduced briefly to you in my previous blog with the help of Kim Love on YouTube. In that blog, I provided a scale that ranges from 1-14. 1-7 being acidic and 7-14 being alkaline. The in between is neutral which usually results in being healthy drinking water. Hm water? 70% of your body is made up of water- the neutral  balance. We need water for things to grow. The more water, the healthier the plant, the hair, the BODY!? Hm?
So  it’s not just about healthy hair, you need a healthy body too?  Long story short, with that information, I discovered the pH balance diet/lifestyle. The more alkaline in your body, the more healthier you  become on the outside. When your body becomes filled with lots of acid, that’s when you discover headaches, joint pain, runny nose, yeast infections, hair loss etc. All of that which usually a doctor can prescribe a pill for (which can also lead to many side effects). But what if we could maintain the balance in our bodies ourselves through certain amounts of alkaline foods without the harmful side effects? We could save our people from many diseases and illness that are common within our community: obesity, fatigue, high blood pressure, etc.
