This section of our
blog will focus on all natural, organic, and vegetarian foods for people
who want to transition out of their current state of unhealthy toxic
food consumption. It will give reviews on affordable alternatives to
what is being pushed on us in the conventional 'super-casket' stores as
good food. Be very clear that we are not health experts nor do we in any
way claim to treat or cure any diseases. What we will be doing is food
comparisons, analysis, breakdowns, and if necessary, warnings and tips of
what to eat and what not to eat to achieve mental and physical wealth.
As usual, our blog will be universal but geared to the urban reader as
they are the ones in dire need of help. A wise man once said 'They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick...' (Mark 2:17 KJV).
